You do not need every product or supplement presented to you in order to lead a healthy lifestyle. That doesn’t mean certain products or supplements aren’t worth it or don’t help. Making the vast majority of your diet single ingredient, nutrient dense whole foods. Yes, eating healthier can be more expensive if you are buying the absolute highest quality food that exists. You should buy the highest quality you can afford because it’s the best investment you can make in your health, but you can absolutely eat healthy on a budget and it can even be cheaper than buying ultra processed foods. 3.) Stop drinking tap water. It is filled with unlimited contaminants. The best options are spring water in glass or a reverse osmosis water filter. You need to add minerals back to the reverse osmosis water because the filters strip the water of good minerals as well as the bad, but this is the most affordable and accessible option for most people. 4.) Your light environment and circadian rhythm. Avoid blue light after the sun goes down. You can get a pair of blue light blocking glass with red lenses as well as a red light bulb that doesn’t emit blue light. Prioritize going outside for 10-20 minutes in the morning shortly after waking to get sunlight. Get your body’s internal clock operating properly in order to function at your best. 5.) Daily movement. Going on walks every single day should be a non-negotiable. You do have time to do it. 10k steps is a great baseline and adjust from there.
