Cut chicken into bite sized pieces, coat in egg, pork rinds, & air fry at 400F for 10 mins. 2. Blend remaining ingredients for the sauce and cook over medium low for 3-4 mins. Pour over chicken. 3. Serve on the Palmini Fried Rice & enjoy! This is such a fun dinner when you’re craving Chinese food but want to make it low carb and healthy 🙌
