@williamsengg: I messed up the latte art in the end but I hope she likes it ~💛 Just when I was walking around the mall thinking what should I make, I walked pass a bakery and saw a mango cheesecake and I was like, “that’s it!” Bought the ingredients, went home and got to work🥭✨ Maybe because it’s mango season right now, the mangoes are really really sweet. I bought more mangoes cuz there’s another mango recipe imma be posting soon ~ 😋 if she’s a big fan of mangoes, definitely give this one a try! . Here’s the super simple recipe for the mango cheesecake Ingredients . Cream Cheese - 250g Whipping Cream (35%) - 200g Icing Sugar - 50g Mango Puree - 40g Biscoff / Speculoos Biscuits - 80g Melted Butter (Unsalted) - 25g Mango - adjustable to your liking 1. Blend or punch the biscuits to small pieces and combined with the melted butter. 2. Flatten the biscuits in the bottom of the container and place in fridge for 1 hr 3. Whip up the cream until stiff peaks form. 4. Whip together cream cheese and icing sugar as well as the mango puree and combined with the whipped cream. 5. Layer the mixture in the container with mango pieces inside and top off with more mangoes. 6.
