@siennas_cp_journey: Cerebral Palsy Walking / Gait & how it’s improved through Strength & Conditioning 💚 Sienna’s walking gait over the years has improved amazingly well. It always makes me 😢 seeing how Sienna used to walk because she used to trip and fall multiple times per day and usually bump her head, scratch her face and occasionally break her glasses too. Her reaction time wasn’t great either she wouldn’t use her hands to brace her self during the fall. Sienna’s gait pre Strength & Conditioning was really unsteady and her Intoeing was quite severe.
