Can you talk about the meds? I’m afraid of meds. Avoiding a dr’s diagnosis because, well, what’s the point? Increased insurance premiums?

Freshly diagnosed and I struggle. Some relief at first but every other day I wonder if it really finally is the right diagnosis and I feel broken.
