Agree with the other gentleman need more water. Yes the water pump is fixed. It should be pushing water out and it’s not.

Rebuild carb and replace the plugs, cleaning only goes so far. Will run mint once you do that

Coils on these are famous failure part that round act like yours is. Try to buy OEM for replacement.

the carb is the issue just clean it out thoroughly especially the air bleed and slow jet circuit put new plugs in it and run it WOT for a min!!
