@thezenhenandthehoneybee: Cleaning Beeswax doesn’t have to be a terrible mess! Tip 1: Rinse wax and equipment with very cold water only Tip 2: Use a dedicates Crock Pot. Thrift stores usually have them. *Don’t use a liner Tip 3: Filter with Hardware cloth topped with Fine cheese cloth or paper towels into water Anything not caught by the cheese cloth will dissolve in the water. The clean wax will float to the top and solidify once cooled! Happy Beekeeping
