could be wrong in this but I was told years ago pilot cut off height is like 6' unless CH-47s then it's like 6'2

Smaller stature or higher bp = better G tolerance for pilots. Also each plane has height and weight limits. For the F18 its something likle 6’6”

Also if you ARE infantry… it doesn’t take huge muscle mass to shoot a gun. You’re a smaller target. Sounds like an advantage to me
