Eat some citrus if it’s too spicy. It will break up the oils from the spicy stuff and allow it to be rinsed away.

Ask for “baby spicy”, they will give it to you like they give it to toddlers lol that’s what I did in Thailand. And I like spicy. But Thai is SPICY.

My fav dish from Thailand was from the northern religion by the mountains (Chiangmai, Pai) - ground pork, basil and chili stir fry. Amazing
