This breathtaking hotel and restaurant is located only 25 minutes west of Denver. #TheEddyPartner 🗻Golden, Colorado is a beautiful city and home to @theeddyhotel and taproom. This stunning hotel and restaurant is nestled at the base of the rockies, and offers incredible views of the mountains. It’s pet-friendly, has large outdoor spaces with games and fire pits, and spacious guest rooms with spectacular views. 😍🐶 One of the coolest things that The Eddy offers is that you can add different experiences to your stay. They include things like, wildlife tours, hikes, fly fishing, and even a chance to meet and play with alpacas and goats! We chose to add the “Alpaca Palooza” from @SmoothAlpacaExperience and we were able to go visit and feed the alpacas and goats. When we arrived, we met each of the animals and were given bags of food for them. The animals were excited to be fed, and they seemed pretty comfortable coming right up to us. We were able to pet them and take lots of photos and videos - it was adorable! 🦙 After our adventure, we headed back to the hotel for some r&r. The Eddy has coffee machines on each floor that make lattes, cappuccinos, tea, ect..., and you can get drinks anytime you want, which is wonderful. They also have a full bar in the lobby, so you can grab a cocktail and sit out on the patio near the fire pits. At dinner time, we headed down to The Eddy Taproom and enjoyed a delicious dinner and drinks. We got their signature burger and fries, crispy brussels sprouts, chicken wings and mac-n-cheese with brisket. All of the food was so satisfying, and after we finished our yummy meal, we got our dessert to-go and headed back to our room to enjoy the warm chocolate chip cookie and some hot tea before going to bed. 🍪 I really loved staying at The Eddy and having dinner at the Taproom.
