can you still train ABS... i also have kyphosis not a hugeee curve but its still noticable and im thinking about making a spinal Fusion but im also worried about being not able to be efective at gym

I have had scoliosis surgery too, 70 degree and 80 degree S curve. Metal rods and screws also. Still deadlift and squat, 250kg for 2 and 210 for 1
