serious question! why an anaerobic ferment and ot aerobic? many do aerobic but you aren't. I know both are safe but do you have any insight

love it. only way to go. I put 4# of organic grain in a 5 gal bucket w a few inches of h20. It does not expand that much. is that mash or whole grain?
