Recipe 1 lb ground beef 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp each of paprika, onion powder, garlic powder 12 mini street taco tortillas Shredded American Cheese Shredded lettuce Chopped pickles 1 chopped onion Homemade Burger Sauce- 1/2 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup mayo, 1/8 cup mustard, 2 TBSP sweet relish Steps -Make homemade burger sauce and set aside. -Brown ground beef over medium high and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and onion powder. -While beef is cooking lay out 12 mini tortillas on the griddle and cook on both sides until golden brown. -Top tortillas with shredded cheese. -Build tacos by adding ground beef, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, diced onions, a little bit more cheese and the burger sauce.
