My husband started having wine with dinner at 6 and basically never had plain, still water until coming to the US. I don't think drinking a soda🐱

My kids were breast fed, made their baby food, make most things homemade. Sweets on special occasions. Only water. And my son still has ADHD 😂

sugar does the exact opposite to kids with adhd. my sons pediatrician told me to give him a cup of coffee it would act like a benadryl does on me
