My ballet school was amazing they let me have my hair as braid even encouraged me to have braid it depends on the examiner and exam board

A bunch of schools in the US are allowing natural hair in ballet schools, I would definitely bring it up if I were you🤔

Not all studios are like this ❤️as long as my students have a tidy bun that’s all that matters!Not to mention those hairstyles protect that hair type
