Cheeseburger with hasselback potatoes and Parmesan asparagus 🍔🥔#cheesburger #hasselbackpotatoes #aspargus #DinnerIdeas #food Recipe: For the potatoes -3 medium sized potatoes -olive oil -salt to taste -pepper - 3 cloves garlic -2tbsp butter -sprigs of rosemary For the asparagus - chopped and clean asparagus -olive oil -Salt to taste -pepper -2 cloves garlic -1 tsp oregano powder -1 tsp onion powder -Parmesan Steps: 1. preheat oven to 450F. Cut little slits on the potatoes. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt and pepper to liking and rub and massage olive oil around the potatoes. 2. place potatoes in the oven for 30 mins on 450F 3. make butter for potatoes by adding 3 cloves garlic , 2 tbsp butter and a few sprigs of rosemary into a bowl and place in microwave for 30 seconds. 4. once potatoes are cooked, brush butter sauce on them and place in the oven for another 30 mins. 5. Cut off the ends of your washed asparagus and then mix together olive oil, crushed garlic, salt and pepper, oregano and onion powder to bowl. 6. Pour the mixture over the asparagus and mix. Lastly sprinkle some Parmesan cheese over asparagus and cook for 8-10 mins in 450F oven 7. Assemble your cheeseburger and enjoy. Optional ingredients to add on your cheesburger: lettuce, fried egg, bacon, tomatoes, jalepenos.
