My husband is in asylum court proceedings the I-130 was approve.. should we request the asylum case to be removed from court / close?? he did enter through the south border with parole!!

Hi, my husband and I went to the interview on May 7th. The officer said they saved my husband as “pilot” in the system, but my husband is a software engineer, can this be a reason for the delay? He said we were a cute couple after all the questions, and said it was held for review

In a K-1 visa case, when doing adjustment of status, if you have the I-129f petition approval, form I-797, is the 1-130 still part of the AOS.

Well, if the service approved the LPR prior to petition, you will have issues at naturalization. INA 318. They may make you start over. Lawyer-up

i130 approval usually shows up in the USC account, it shows reviewing under petitioners account
