You could put rates up to 15% like the bad old days but it won't affect this form of inflation rate, this is core products, fuel, food and rent.

@Professor Calculus: 1/3 rent. 1/3 own without a mortgage. 1/3 have a mortgage but a large % of those are on fixed rates so unaffected.
