mine tried to charge me with 3 days notice. policy stated 24h. then he called it "a gesture of good will" when i called him out on it 😂

If I had to cancel a lesson I would pay my instructor as he will be loosing out on money being self employed.

My mom payed my instructor today and he’s cancelled my lesson at the time I was going to have it, so he’s gained £35 and now I have to pay him £70 because my mom couldn’t pay for that one lesson

everyone should have terms and conditions to read and sign on first lesson, then everyone knows where they stand. up to student to agree or not

1st cancellation is a warning. 2nd cancellation - charged and final warning. 3rd cancellation - find a new instructor.
