@selenaprins: Don’t get me wrong. Not every set should be taken to failure. The majority of your training should involve sets where you leave about 2/3 reps reserves in the tank. However, pushing yourself to failure can be beneficial as it helps you understand your limits and discover the extent of your capabilities.
