Day 11: Puppy Yoga with Sammy & it makes your heart quite literally melt 🐶 🫶🏼 We went to @Puppy Sphere 🤍 in West Town and it was awesome. We got really cute pups and I realized I haven’t been around a puppy in a long time and it made me happy. ⭐️ Rating: 3 (only cause it wasn’t really a workout class for the purpose of my series but it gave you the same rush of endorphins and serotonin that a normal workout would cause the puppies obv) ❗️What you need: nothing #puppyyoga #puppylove #yogainspiration #chicagoworkout #chicago #puppy #groupfitness #workoutclasses This reignited my thought process of getting a puppy at this moment in my life so what kind shoud I get ?
