I work at a dealer myself, as soon as the machine failed the charge process, I would have have the SA contact the shop to Auth diag

I work at a ford dealer.We wouldn’t charge this. Technically no labor involved with evac / recharge the 1.5 covers “diag” the machine did the dam work
