In the UK there’s a scheme called “Access to Work” it provides a grant to your employer to buy equipment/software/coaching to help you!

I want to know if it’s acceptable for my employer to ask me for my actual diagnosis and specifics from my doctor. The only way they will “look into it” is if they have it documented. Makes me feel so safe and supported 😂 🤷🏻♀️

Ask them to let you work from home!!! Also you can apply for access to work if you start a new job, I got aircon and headphones through that!

unfortunately I'm a nurse so a lot of accomodations aren't practical. my occupational health form is 4 weeks late because I can't think of anything 😅

Fortunately my boss just gives me a goal and then leaves me alone, so I just do all of this without asking. I didn't realize I was accomodating 😂
