As a fedex ground driver I make 34 an hr and we aren't going on strike. 42-45 an hr is good pay. I wouldn't go on strike for more though.

I work security for UPS. The warehouse guys get SHAFTED. 4 hour days starting at like 5ish getting off at 9-10.
