@screenwritinginla: Happy 4th! I remember seeing him as the Joker when Dark Knight opened. Right around this time in July, actually. And being blown away by his performance - which led my down the rabbit hole. And I gotta say, Brokeback Mountain was my favorite performance he gave. One of the most heartbreaking portrayals of forbidden love. And at a time where movies like that gotta so much more resistance and hate. It’s amazing how talented he was, how he fully delved into every character he took on, no matter what the role was. It’s so ducking sad he’s not here. I can’t even imagine the kind of movies he’d be doing these days. But I just thought I’d share clip. I always watch Dark Knight this time of year and always get blown away by what he did. Insane how dynamic he was. From a gay cowboy to one of the most iconic villains of all time. Badass man. ⁉️Who is your favorite Heath Ledger character? #heathledger #thedarkknight #joker #batman #brokebackmountain #acting #actor #actinglife #cinema #film #filmtok #directing #screenwriting #4thofjuly #motivation
