no literally! I go to the KM toyota in Draper for oil changes and it’s always an all day event even if I have an appointment. It’s ridiculous

Hi. Appt coordinator here! Your appt time is to meet with the service advisor and not when your car goes into the shop. Kinda like a drs office.

Car Dr lol. I feel so lucky right now that the car has always gone in asap after drop off. Ask about a loaner car or if they will do a drop/pick up.
