Air Fryer Roast Pork I love roast pork, it makes such a nice change from having chicken or beef on a Sunday. I had pretty much given up cooking it in the oven - I could never get that super crispy crackling and the meat was always a bit dry... If you love a bit of roast pork too, you have got to try this airfryer method - I promise, you'll never EVER go back to the oven! Just have it with a little bit of apple sauce and some of that crackling on top and roast pork will 100% be back on the menu! I have written up the recipe for this below. If you like my recipes - I've got a new cookbook coming out SOON! The link is in my profile, A x 2kg pork shoulder Sea salt Sunflower oil Take the pork out of the fridge around 30 minutes before cooking. Score the skin with lines, roughly 1-2 cm apart. Make sure you don't cut through to the flesh. Pat the skin dry with kitchen roll. Rub the skin and rest of the joint with oil. Sprinkle the skin generously with sea salt and rub it into all the slits. Place the joint in a pre-heated airfryer for 20 minutes at 200C After 20 minutes, turn down the heat to 170C and airfry for 1 hour and 40 minutes (or 25 minutes per 500g) or until the pork is cooked through as it may vary a little between airfryers. If the outside is getting a bit too much colour, you can cover it in foil for the final 30 minutes or so. #pork #roast #roastdinner #delicious #homemade #comfortfood #sundaylunch #airfryer #airfryerrecipes #slowcooker #roasties #porkrecipes #WeekendVibes #cooking #familyfood #dinneridea #familydinner
