@simpler_eats: Since I finished my culinary externship in April, I have been working as Social Media Manager at the Daniel Boulud group. We were at Jōji, which is our omakase restaurant in Grand Central, taking content for the to-go concept Jōji Box when Chef Wayne came in and said he had a cool piece of fish to shoot.
