@simpler_eats: Since I finished my culinary externship in April, I have been working as Social Media Manager at the Daniel Boulud group. I am going to start sharing more of my content creation for the restaurants on this page in addition to my own cooking and baking. I took this video on my first day of work. We were at Jōji, which is our omakase restaurant in Grand Central, taking content for the to-go concept Jōji Box when Chef Wayne came in and said he had a cool piece of fish to shoot.
