I go to the gym at 4-5 days week and I’ve been naturally losing fat at 1900cals a day. No cardio. Just fuel to grow muscle & the fat goes away too.

I did a DEXA scan and use my numbers in the Cunningham Equation and it said I can’t eat more than 1400 without gaining weight (of fat)
