I'm getting used to holding bow first, did tuning my cheap violin from china, but the string was replaced with that steel string new , the free string from the violin was worse it broke upon tuning 🤣

i feel my wrist hurt if i do the franco belgian bow hold (especially when i play the g or d strings down) am i hold my bow wrong or i just need more practice 😭
