@thelucasassis_: Let’s make Brazilian Churrasco! Dating back to the 17th century, this traditional barbecue technique originated in the southern regions of Brazil, particularly in Rio Grande do Sul. The gauchos, (in Portuguese it’s pronounced (GaÚsho), cowboys and cattle ranchers, would gather around open fires to cook their meat skewers. Over the years, this style of cooking spread throughout the country and gained popularity worldwide. Like we know Today, churrasco is synonymous with Brazilian cuisine, offering a mouthwatering variety of grilled meats served in an all-you-can-eat style, accompanied by flavorful side dishes and salads. With restaurants like Fogo de Chão and Texas do Brasil helping the popularity of churrasco in the US today. It is a true essence of Brazilian culture and hospitality. .. There’s two types of churrasco too. In Brazil going to a Churrascaria on sundays is a huge deal for Brazilians. But my favorite is the family style churrasco at home with family and friends. No one really serves plates. You’re just snacking all day as the meats comes out, maybe dip it in some farofa, snack on the pineapple with cinnamon, sometimes serve a little bit of rice and our Vinagrette… it is a whole day thing and of course pair ir with a ice cold Cerveja or Caipirinha. . . #churrasco #barbeque #brazilianfood #brazilian #Foodie #foodporn #churrascosemfrescura #recepiesoftheday

20 min no sal é novidade pra mim. Sempre coloco imediatamente na grelha com o sal grosso e bato ele ao final. Ou faço sem sal e uso flor de sal depois
