Add teabag 1st with sugar (optional), add hot not boiling water, then honey and milk. Finally stir till it's brewed and take teabag out.

In iran we don’t use a tea bag.We drop actual tea leaves in boiling water and let it sit for a few minutes. Have it w some rose flowers or nabat ahaha
