im 27 and im also in the same situation. i have like 7 teeth that have receding gum lines. i have braces rn and its definitely made my gums recede

I have gum recession from brushing too hard and wearing ill-fitted aligners. I’m looking into pin hole surgery too. Sounds like you have a great plan

I have bone loss on one tooth, the gum recession. Said they can't do s bone graft add where it is. I'm having a hard time as well. Feel the same 🥲

Definitely get a second opinion, my dentist told me that I had that as well and my new dentist says he was full of it and that everything was fine.

i just got my dentures & i also had gum recession & unbeknownst to me, my tongue piercing contributed to it, A LOT! what im saying is, you’ll be fine bc my grill was waaaaaaay worse than yours &im 38.

your not alone I know that doesn't make things better I know it can be sensitive and emotional. I'm going to try the nobs because it's reminerlizing. oil pulling and a mouth wash with essential oils.
