Two years ago, I was searching for my purpose. I found my passion in weightlifting and personal training. I knew I had to make this dream a reality, so I trained my friends and family, both in-person and virtually. My passion for personal training only grew, so I decided to gain my certifications and am glad to say I am ISSA certified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Coach, and Strength and Condition Coach.
