My cat used to do this and I went to the vet who didn’t think it’s asthma. Long story short ever since I started using a humidifier with no essential oils just next to where he sleeps he seems okay.

Overdue UPDATE: The Vet said he probably has allergies and gave him a low dose steroid. Worked wonders!! We may have to continue shots. We’ll see!
