Sleeping in summer is shit.. Even here, in the south of Norway, it never really gets dark. A pain, since I need to be up at 4 am every day 😂

l work nights and have for years, so im in bed at around 7am and up 3pm I find the only problem is when you have a night off there isn't anyone around

they do this thing called a siesta in Spain, which is basically a short afternoon nap. helps because it's freakin 40 degrees during the day. 😬

I sleep 1-4pm to 9pm-ish and feel good on a minimum of 6 hrs but 8 is better. I like night time but gets lonely

Had a similar schedule. Trying to sleep as early as midnight now. I find it best to fall asleep around 5am or whenever the sun starts to rise.

it's the same in alaska its always daylight in summer and dark in winter, so I don't think it matters really for us
