I have also done this in the past, and it gets you nowhere. 🤦 stop saying you'll start when the kids are in school, I promise they'll love watching you start today!💪 my daughter loves to help me during my workouts, as it's just a fun game for her😂 In a few years, I'll still be here doing my workouts, but she'll be bored of climbing on me and I know I'll miss these workout sessions🫶 This is my full body routine that I do everyday. it's very easy and I have been doing this same routine for years, which has helped me lose a lot of weight.
