@rebeccahalebeauty: Before considering permanent makeup, one of my top 5 things to consider is the hygeing and santitation practices. First of all, in Oklahoma it must be performed in a medical office or dental office, and they must share the same address of the dr and it is where they see their own patients at least 50% of the time there. In this state, it is governed by the health department and is considered a medical procedure (Certified Medical Micropigmentologist is our title) .You should feel free to ask questions on their santitation practices and if you get any resistance, that should be a red flag.
