@kayandtayofficial: Kay has such a big heart for our cat, Yammy. 🥹 We left Yammy at our home with a cat sitter that would check on her each day, and would feed her wet cat food… But Kay knows how shy Yammy is and knows that Yammy would not interact with the sitter, no matter how hard she tried. I think this upset Kay because she knows that Yammy wouldn’t truly be happy until we were there because we are the only ones she trusts. 😞 Backstory ::: We rescued Yammy when she was around 6 months old and she had a lot of trust issues with humans. When we tried to interact with her prior to rescuing her, she would not come out from underneath the furniture in the adoption room. We knew that she was a sweet cat because despite all of the fear, she never hissed or scratched. We took her in and she imprinted on us really hard. She is now incredibly attached to us and will follow us from room to room whenever we are home. Kay has a hard time leaving for trips because she knows that it’s hard on Yammy. We also don’t feel comfortable boarding Yammy because she is sensitive to new environments. All that to say, when we travel to places that Yammy can’t go, there’s no other option but to get a cat sitter. We are so excited to be home with Yammy and catch up on all the lovings that we’ve missed for the last week! ❤️ #kayandtayofficial #couples #relationships #pregnant
