It will come back but u can get back on it, I have been on it 3 years they will cycle u off themselves, nothing else has ever worked for me

I used musely as well! My melasma was almost gone and now it’s back on my upper lip and yes I used tinted sunscreen. Gone in winter and now back. Feel like I just wasted all my $$$ 😭😭😭
