same in a white water rafting accident. Bruise last for 6 months...dent/soreness on thigh bone for a yr. All ok now. Best wishes! 😁🥰🥰

this is what my leg looks like right now 😭 all i did was bump into a bagging rack 😭 i told myself it wasn’t that bad but then when i got home & checked it out it was really bad.. did yours
