Once the donuts were assembled, I let them rise for 3-4 hours (until they had doubled in size). 10. I heated the oil to 375°F in a deep fryer. 11. Fry the donuts for 1 or 2 minutes on each side, or until they turn light brown. 12. Once the donuts cool down, I cover them with the glaze. 13.
