as someone who works in the hospitality industry as well, i always dedicate myself to being this customer, even if my time is limited. it's my responsibility as an adult to make time to plan these things. my lack of planning never constitutes an employee's emergency.

I would love to stop by and support this establishment. It’s alway those “influencers” that think they are relevant. I could care less what they have to say about anything. Are we to expect that they are trained and experienced individuals that have the expertise to make valid points?
