One thing I have always done is use a prescription strength fluoride toothpaste, once a month. I haven’t had a cavity in over 20 years.

Wait I use natural tea tree oil tooth paste , but I find it dryers extra the gums so I have to add coconut oil otherwise too dry and sensitive.
