Follow @firehousegrub • marinade butterflied chicken breasts in a mixture of 4 cups butter milk and 1 cup pickle juice over night. • in a mixing bowl, season some flour with @Tony Chachere original to liking. • coat each chicken breast in the flour mixture. • crush up a bag of @lays potato chips into crumbs. • dredge the chicken breast back in the butter milk and then coat with the crushed up lays. • fry each side until golden brown.
