A perfect summer lunch!!😍 INGREDIENTS: - 300g chicken breast - 50g breadcrumbs - Salt & pepper (and any other seasonings of choice) - Lettuce - Tomato - Cucumber - 30g parmigiano - 30g light mature cheddar cheese - 60g Croutons - Caesar dressing METHOD: - Coat your chicken in breadcrumbs and top with salt, pepper and any other seasoning of choice. - Pop this into the airfryer and spray with some frylight. Cook on 190C for 12 minutes. - Chop up your salad and throw this into your containers, then top with your chicken, cheese and croutons. - Finish with your Caesar dressing when you’re ready to eat your salad or else it makes the salad soggy!
