This award-winning brand hails from China, where it has over 60 outlets. • Their signature Sauerkraut fish consisted of thinly sliced fish cooked with 24-days fermented sauerkraut and a 8-hour boiled broth. I enjoyed this dish! Interestingly, you can also order a XXL Crispy Youtiao to dip into the broth.
