I am ND and at sensory sensitive and i use vibes earplugs. They're hi fidelity earplugs. I am not sure if those are waterproof but i think Mumbo 1/2

Search loop earplugs for sleep and it can go in the water and they come in different colour so if you pick them can you record sawyer picking a colour

Have you tired loop earplugs there amazing I have a pair because I have autism and I hate loud noises they work really well and you can barley see them at all. They have a different variety of sizes and each pair you buy it has all of the sizes. I definitely recommend getting them for your son xx

maybe use alpine pluggies kids (don't know if that's the english name) or alpine swim safe. there ear plugs that help to cancel out sound and water

I use loop ear plugs they have all different decibels of noise cancellation. And have different sizes. I really like them. You can find them on amazon

Loop earplugs are so good. They are not fully noise cancelling but they drown out loud noises really well and you can still here someone calling 1/2

I just wear a cheap pair of ear defenders in the pool and then once I’m finished I put my regular pair once I’m out the water.

you can get neoprene head bands that go over ears and head which are design to keep water out but they also block out some noise

I mean I am rlly bad with nose I don’t like people talking and I have adhd and other problems and I have these ones were they are water -roots a anther way is to put like plastic bags that’s what i do
