After hysterectomy I had severe joint pain and hot flashes I’m on the lowest dose of the patch. Still no relief Dr won’t increase the dose. 😢

My NAMS gyn said the risks as you get into 60s+ outweigh (dementia) and won’t prescribe. Sigh. Need a new gyn.

If you have to stop hrt is the estrogen cream at least safe. I never want to suffer that dryness again.
