I used all these fancy pillows for my first pregnancy. To be honest these are not necessary. You can use 2 normal size pillows. One for your back the other for your belly. Cheap and effective.

I love it but I wish there was more Velcro on the base so you can move it closer together. My back piece flips a lot and also has gotten a bit miss shaped
